Early Birds (EB) (Optional Program): 7:45 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

Arrival Begins at 8:45 a.m.

Homeroom (Placement by Age): 8:45 a.m. – 10:10 a.m.

• Arrival – Books, toys, games, and puzzles
• Show and Tell – Discuss items brought, share news
• Circle Time – Calendar & Weather
• Activity – School readiness activities
• Snack – Parent provided nutritious snack served

Open Time (Multi-Age Groups): 10:10 a.m. – 10:55 a.m.

• Art Room – Creative activities, varied art techniques and media, and discovering well-known works of art
• Science Room  – Experimenting activities, nature studies, basic scientific concepts, social science
• Math Room – Block play, number concepts, guided exploration using manipulatives
• Quiet Room – Books, puzzles, quiet table play, games, soft blocks
• Play Room – Free play activities, dress-up, kitchen area, dramatic play
• Music Room – Fundamentals of music through song and creative movement & yoga
• Library – Unit related stories & discussion, listening center

Clean-Up Time: 10:55 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Homeroom/Playground: 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

• Indoor activities (stories, songs)
• Outdoor activities (playground, walks, organized games)

Dismissal Begins at 11:45 a.m.

• Lunch Bunch (LB) – 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• St. Timothy’s After Care – (STAC) – 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• St. Timothy’s Enrichment Program – (STEP) – 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
